New year, new you! I just had to follow the instructions that came with the plan and eat the food that the plan provided me with. This is my 5th day on MF. I did not have to figure out which foods to eat to lose weight. For breakfast I can eat pancakes, blueberry pancakes, cinnamon buns or oatmeal.
